TAVMA is a trade association and does not engage in direct vendor management activities. This means that TAVMA doesn't recruit settlement service providers or maintain a fee panel of appraisal, title, or closing professionals. Nor does TAVMA assign orders on behalf of the lending community.

Your decision to join TAVMA should be based on your commitment to support the Association and its mission and goals. Your annual dues contribution helps TAVMA to promote the settlement services industry, protect free-market competition, maintain a level playing field from state to state, and provide opportunities to network and useful information about the industry.

If you've found our Website in search of new clients, please click on the Members page, where you will find links to each of our member companies. Perhaps there are some that are not currently on your radar screen.

Why Join TAVMA?

TAVMA is the only association specifically geared to the needs and concerns the settlement services industry. TAVMA gives this specific group, which serves a very specific market, a voice in the changes that can affect their companies and the industry as a whole.
